He's my little brother. It's 4:48. It barely finished, it escapes to the water, silent, as if the call of the sea could not wait. He moves forward without turning, his steps sink into the wet sand, he runs offshore with a quiet assurance.
I'm staying on the beach, a little back. I'm not saying anything, I'm not doing anything. I just look at him. Make sure he doesn't know. Be there, discreetly. To love is sometimes simply to offer a silent presence, almost imperceptible.
Through this drawing, I wanted to capture this gentle tension between freedom and bond. This fragile moment where it protects without holding back. An intimate scene, with timeless resonances: that of all those who watch, in silence, over those they love.

Three drawings that prolong the intensity of the one presented, between meticulous realism and inner gaze.
